Store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use without being signed into your account.

In order to use your store credit, please make sure you are on the correct **Ellavita Clothing** country website, i.e., the country website where you previously placed your order(s) from.

HOW TO USE STORE CREDIT

To use your Store Credit, place an order like usual - add the items you would like to order in the shopping bag, then click on the basket icon at the top of the page, then click on proceed to checkout.

Under your order summary on the right, you will find a field labeled **"Gift Card"** designated for entering your store credit code.

On mobile devices, the gift card field can be located in the final step of the checkout process, positioned above your payment information.

Enter your code and click **"Apply"** and your store credit will be deducted from your total order amount.

• If the balance of the Store Credit does not cover the full cost of the order, the remaining balance can be paid using any other payment option.
• If the balance of the Store Credit is higher than the cost of the order, the remaining credit can be used towards a future purchase and will remain as part of your gift card balance.
• If you don’t want to use the Store Credit on your purchase, then you don’t have to enter the gift card code.
